Cross Border Talents is recruiting English Customer Support Agents to work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities offering the best quality service to their customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Service Junior Engineer:

  • Queries on Client products, solutions, and architectures;
  • Recommendations on how to use and configure Client products;
  • Technical issues and fault diagnosis of Client products;
  • Troubleshooting problems with Client APIs and SDKs;
  • Troubleshooting operations or system problems related to Client resources;
  • Client console or official Client tools;
  • Financial affairs and account contract problems related to Client;
  • Third-party software configuration guidance and troubleshooting related toClient products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C2 Level or Native);
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Any kind of previous experience with Linux
  • Be willing to relocate to Porto
  • Good time management skills
  • Team spirit and flexibility
