Our range includes Structural and Decorative Remanufactured Plantation Pine products for internal and external building projects and applications.

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Internal Sales Officer to join our national Customer Service Hub to provide exceptional sales and customer service to our customers.

You will bring your warm and down-to-earth forward-facing people skills to ensure our customers have the best customer service experience in alignment with the department and company objectives.

This role focuses strongly on customer service and time management with the ability to work autonomously.

Key competencies and responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service;
• 3-5+ plus years in a prior customer service role/field experience a must;
• Comply with the Company’s policies;
• Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls and emails from customers and staff;
• Build sustainable relationships with customers;
• Provide accurate and timely information and data entry;
• Support our mantra of ‘going the extra mile’ for our customers;
• Efficiently process customer orders;
• Effectively communicate and achieve resolutions to a high standard;
• Efficiently manage backorders and action as required;
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage;
• Maintain and upkeep ERP system (Oracle Netsuite).

ABOUT YOU

• Must possess exceptional customer service & problem-solving skills;
• Highly developed verbal & written interpersonal skills with a friendly & professional telephone manner;
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite products;
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team to meet deadlines;
• Proven ability to be flexible & to adapt to changing priorities;
• Prior experience in a similar role/industry highly regarded; and
• Proven ability to take initiative.
