As part of this unit, you will collaborate closely with corporate stakeholders, internal teams, and service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.

CHALLENGE

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email or other communication channels.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • 3rd or 4th student from a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration, marketing, communications, or related field).
  • Full-time availability (5 days a week).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good at English skills.
