We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented student to join our team for the summer of 2024. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Services Intern, you will gain experience including, but not limited to, activities and tasks listed below:

• Support customer feedback loop initiative and design projects on Sensitech Net Promoter Score
• Analyze, design, and execute projects to support department initiatives on process improvements
• Perform an audit on Client Services related controlled procedures and processes
• Maintain Customer Account Set-Up & Management relating to:
  • Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenance
  • Coordinate with Sales and customers to enter appropriate account information
• Customer and Order Supports:
• Engage with customers and execute orders based on customer needs and program’s requirement
• Interact with Sensitech products and assist with customer inquiries
• Professional Service monthly billings
• Phone support – field inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and orders
• Collaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure on-time deliveries
• Other projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
• 3.0 or higher GPA
• Applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
