As a Customer Service Intern, you will be responsible to support entire Customer Service Team for generating demand and drive revenue with existing and prospect
customers. The role will be located in Istanbul, and you will be expected to work from Videojet Turkey office for 2-3 days in a week.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
• Execute daily service item data qualification in Sdfc and Navision

• Enter and / or update records rental and trade- in sales returns Videojet equipments .

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities, providing service item current data in the SDFC and Navision.

Report weekly current situation to CS manager..

The essential requirements of the job include:
• Senior Year at University (Expected Graduation: Summer 2026)

• Strong Interest in cs roles
• Excellent at building relationships
• Self-Motivated and capable of working independently while being an effective team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel); experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is a plus
