Responsabilidades principales:

  • Apoyar en la elaboración y mantenimiento de reportes de órdenes abiertas y reportes de precios.
  • Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra de clientes para asegurar su procesamiento oportuno.
  • Monitorear embarques y el estatus de producción del material.
  • Brindar soporte en la carga de órdenes en SAP, asegurando exactitud y cumplimiento de lineamientos internos.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Servicio al Cliente para resolver incidencias relacionadas con órdenes, precios y fechas de entrega.
  • Apoyo administrativo en documentación y generación de reportes según se requiera.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante activo de Licenciatura (Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín).
  • Habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Excel y herramientas de MS Office.
  • Conocimientos básicos de SAP (deseable, no obligatorio).
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés (intermedio) y español.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y manejar múltiples tareas.
  • Conocimiento de Power BI para visualización y análisis de datos (deseable pero no obligatorio)
