Job Description

• The OEM Customer Support - HVAC position is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeffersonville, IN.
• Provide outstanding customer support. Must have strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills.
• Handle technical inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with troubleshooting off-road HVAC systems.
• Address customer needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Assess customer issues and propose effective solutions
• Familiarity with HVAC systems (MUST HAVE)

Shift:

• Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

• $26 - $28/hr

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC background in wither field work or Customer Support/Sales.
