Job Description

  • Atuar no atendimento pré e pós-venda, oferecendo suporte completo aos clientes

  • Gerenciar o ciclo completo do pedido, passando por cotação, faturamento e entrega ao cliente

  • Acompanhar status de pedidos, incluindo alterações, devoluções e requisitos de faturamento

  • Apoiar processos de contas a receber, faturamento e administração de contratos ou leasing

  • Garantir conformidade com requisitos financeiros, legais e de comércio internacional

  • Resolver demandas complexas de clientes, incluindo contas multinacionais e multirregionais

  • Atuar como elo entre clientes e áreas internas (Vendas, Logística, Manufatura, Compras e Financeiro)

  • Influenciar cronogramas de produção/entrega e ajustes de preços quando necessário

  • Apoiar identificação de oportunidades de negócios e participação em projetos regionais ou globais

  • Interagir com parceiros externos e internos para garantir o fluxo correto de pedidos de importação até o faturamento

Qualifications

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Comércio Exterior, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas

  • Experiência com o módulo SAP SD

  • Inglês avançado

  • Experiência com processos de faturamento no Brasil é desejável

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
