Customer Support Representative
Manage client communication and order processing, ensuring accurate and timely service. Monitor stock, pricing, and reports while supporting inventory activities and operational improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• University degree completed, preferably in economics.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer relations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate information, both internally (colleagues) and externally (clients).
• Solid PC skills; experience with management software (ERP) is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proactive mindset: ability to come up with suggestions and improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage the daily relationship with the assigned client portfolio – via ERP system, email, or phone.
• Take over and process orders in accordance with agreed contractual terms.
• Calculate prices and monitor the profitability of clients in the portfolio.
• Prepare analyses and reports – responsible for their accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and manage stock; actively participate in periodic inventories.
• Mainly office-based activity – physical presence in the factory is required.
