Primarily responsible for working with LTL/FTL freight and multiple transportation providers to ensure safe and timely transportation of product. Familiarity with freight classification guidelines. Ability to troubleshoot and investigate freight specific discrepancies and issues, including escalating issues with carriers as needed.

Pay/Schedule
• Negotiable based on experience
• Core office hours of 8am to 5pm with an unpaid lunch hour. Opportunity to work hybrid after 6 months of on-site training

Required Experience
• Experience working with LTL/FTL freight and multiple transportation providers, and generating shipping documents (Bills of Lading, confirmations, customs paperwork)
• Computer skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills with a technical knowledge of production equipment both, mechanical and electrical.
