Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and IT support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within support systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior teams as needed.
- Keep current with IT products and support procedures.
- Ensure timely, professional communication and follow-up with customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or cover letter.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience or knowledge in IT support or related technical fields is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; full relocation expenses covered.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer support software and ticket management is an advantage.
