Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative specialized in IT Support for our Italian-speaking clients, based in Athens. This role includes a fully paid relocation package to help you smoothly transition to your new home in Greece.
In this role, you will provide professional IT support and outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with technical issues and guiding them through troubleshooting processes. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless and positive experience for users of various products and services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert IT support and customer service in Italian through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Provide clear and patient guidance to customers of varying IT proficiency levels
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT support or related fields
- Proven customer service skills with patience and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation fully paid)
- Ability to manage multiple technical inquiries efficiently
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Prior experience with CRM software and support tools is a plus
