Customer Service Facilitator (PT)– Stoneridge Community (Prescott Valley, AZ)

Stoneridge Community is looking to hire a Part-Time Customer Service Facilitator for our community. This position will provide fantastic customer service and work “part-time” shifts weekends and one or two Tuesday - Friday evenings. Providing customer service while performing administrative and operational functions.

Assists in providing a welcoming and safe environment working in a great team environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years customer service experience a plus
  • Integrity to maintain clubhouse, member and committee confidentiality
  • General knowledge of computer software programs (Word-Based)
  • Organized and responsive, communication skills
  • Physical demands to lift 25 pounds

Duties

  • Greet members, guests and visitors professionally and friendly
  • Perform new member orientation
  • Address basic questions
  • Process Clubhouse forms, transactions and Petty Cash
  • Administer Clubhouse Rules and Regulations
  • Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
  • Complete daily Clubhouse Checklist
  • Ensure a neat environment
