Key Responsibilities

Support Sales & Operation Function

• Handle customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account opening, and other branch services.
• Take responsibility for the accuracy of daily branch balancing activities and ensure all transactions are properly monitored and reconciled.
• Prepare, consolidate, and submit branch reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Customer Relationship

• Proactively identify, manage, and propose effective end-to-end solutions to issues related to service delivery.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide a positive and consistent customer experience across all branch interactions.

Process & Compliance

• Take accountability for branch compliance with standard operating procedures and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Ensure all transactions and operational activities are conducted accurately and in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to operational excellence through effective process management and continuous improvement

Job Specification

• University Degree in Business/Economics/Banking/Finance/ Accounting
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail and strong math aptitude
• Good interpersonal skill – friendly and polite
• Good personal attributes – honest and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
