We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. You will monitor and analyze the performance of solar PV systems and resolve any issues that arise, all while maintaining strong customer relationships. Your ability to engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams will be essential in delivering outstanding service.
