Job Description

Company Background:

We are representing a fintech wealth management platform headquartered in Singapore. They specialise in providing a comprehensive range of investment products and services to financial advisory firms, financial institutions, banks, internet companies, multinational companies, as well as retail and high net worth investors in Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and Live Chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma or higher educational qualification.
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
