Graduation preferably in Travel and Tourism/ Hospitality.
2-5 years experience in customer relations preferably in from front office or travel agency.
About the role:
As a Customer Relations Executive , you will be responsible for driving online sales for our EVTours. You need to have a good understanding of the tourism industry in Goa & have a background in the Hospitality industry.
Your key deliverables are to:Driving sales conversion of inbound enquiries on EV tours Hotline and upselling.
Driving Collaborations & partnerships for OTA partners & travel agents.
CRM management
Customer satisfaction management Driving positive reviews and handling grievances.Influencer marketing
Key Skills:
Experience in handling OTAs
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
