We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage patient interactions, appointments, inquiries, and administrative coordination while ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and professionally assist patients and attendants upon arrival.
• Register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and coordinate patient appointments.
• Provide accurate information regarding doctors, services, billing, and promotional offers.
• Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the relevant departments.
• Manage doctors' schedules and coordinate clinical processes.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts.
• Good communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
• Trilingual communication ability will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
