Job Description

Responsibility:

• Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquires.
• Professionally handle the customer call as per the company standard.
• Accurately logging the customer call in CAFM system.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Route calls to appropriate resource.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Prepare reports on customer calls & circulate aging reports to the Execution Team.
• Report the trend to the senior Executive.
• Validating the service report from the execution team & closing the service request logged in the CAFM.
• Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
• Provide personalized customer service to the highest level.
• Coordinating with the QHSE Department for site related QHSE issues.
• Assist the site / departmental manager to execute the project/site day to day QHSE requirements.
• Provide assistance in implementation of QHSE management system to achieve the organizational goal.
• Coordinate with other departments for QHSE resources necessary for the workgroup.
• Assist the site/departmental manager to take corrective actions upon identification of the nonconformance.
• Report all near misses, dangerous occurrences and incidents.
• Assist the team in preparing incident reports.
• Assist the site/departmental manager to assess and execute the QHSE training requirements.
• Participate in the site QHSE meeting.
• Participate in the site level hazard identification and risk assessment team.
• Ensure all the workers under his/her management are aware of the internal QHSE alerts.
