Your Job

We’re looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our Customer Service capability, where you’ll be at the heart of the business, managing customer orders from entry to delivery while gaining exposure to logistics, supply chain, glass production, and warehouse/shipping operations.

In this role, you’ll ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time, acting as a vital link between customers, production, and shipping teams. Beyond daily operations, you’ll have the opportunity to learn our business, understand end‑to‑end processes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service performance.


What You Will Do

  • Ensure seamless and error-free operation of data flow through internal order routing processes
  • Process and review orders for accuracy, Follow-up procedures for checking issued orders to verify compliance with the stipulated conditions and specifications.
  • Request change orders or revised when necessary, engaging with retail partners and the outbound team
  • Revise orders as needed due to changes in delivery dates, requirements, or inventory availability
  • Request and track expedited orders and containers
  • Provide information and assistance to Customer Facing team and internal supply chain capability
  • Follow up on orders and shipments, promptly communicating any updates
  • Prepare both standard and ad hoc reports for the capability as required
  • Utilize company digital tools and customer web portals as needed to confirm orders (POs) and obtain or submit relevant order information (SalesForce & E-commerce)
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment where employees are empowered to excel in their respective roles.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or another related field.
  • English Fluency is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills demonstrated by the handling of multiple challenges and tasks with a strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving/critical thinking skills as well as the utilization of economic thinking analysis
  • Strong Microsoft office skills with the ability to create relevant reports and perform effective analysis of data
  • Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Sales Force/CRM/ Customer Portal systems and practices is a plus.
