As our new Customer Service Executive, you will be coordinating end-to-end service operations and acting as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders, inquiries, and service needs are handled with efficiency and care. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Service & Solutions team, you'll create impact by Building trusted customer relationships and driving smooth service delivery that directly contributes to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and schedule service operations using the Service Management System, ensuring timely execution of on-site work including Health & Safety compliance
• Handle customer requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems — preparing quotations, processing orders for spare parts and service jobs, and ensuring accurate product specifications and delivery terms
• Enter credit memos, process returns, and coordinate the return of defective materials from customers, distributors, and service centers
• Liaise with customers, service staff, and Authorized Service Partners to build trust and provide proactive follow-ups on ongoing repairs and maintenance
• Resolve customer complaints related to invoicing and shipping, delivering effective solutions that protect both customer relationships and company interests
• Process special orders and inquiries in coordination with suppliers, ensuring complete and correct order input for a smooth operational flow

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented customer service professional with strong coordination skills, a genuine service mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.

We would also imagine that you have:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service coordinator or similar role
• Hands-on experience using SAP or CRM systems for order processing and service management
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

It is a plus if you are also:
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical services environment
• Familiarity with service scheduling and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of warranty and returns processing workflows
