Responsibilities

1.Sales and Logistics Administration

• To ensure the effective and smooth operation of sales administration and logistical data updates on a daily basis

• Ensure the effective and smooth operation of sales administration, including the ordering process, resolving order queries, and managing delivery status queries

• Provide sales teams with information on order status, stock situation, back-order filling, and late payments

• Handle daily tasks such as preparing mill certificates for projects, printing and sending sales orders for customer signatures, and collecting and classifying delivery orders from warehouses for the finance department

• Update all information related to dispatching results, imported ship schedules, and truck/container details, and work closely with logistics to ensure on-time, correct deliveries

2.Customer Service & Policy Support

• To support the development and communication of customer service standards and policies to the team and customers on a daily basis

• Ensure that customer service activities are well-rated by customers and monitored by the management team, linked to individual KPIs set by the customer service supervisor

3.General Operations & Coordination

• To provide proactive coordination and support for various departments, including safety, sales, warehouse, and finance

• Closely and proactively coordinate with the safety team in monitoring, reminding, and recording all unsafety working cases and proposing daily action plans

• Provide support to the line manager in solving delivery-related problems and other assigned duties

• Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service

• Good interpersonal, communication and problems solving skills

• Able to communicate in English

• Experience with SAP

• Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs
