Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent sales and administrative support, including generating purchase orders and sending sales forecasts
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery schedules and specific needs
  • Prepare shipping documentation and work closely with customers to ensure smooth logistics
  • Track inventory levels and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
  • Manage and control documents related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Organize and maintain regulatory documentation and permits
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agencies for import/export procedures
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams on inbound and outbound logistics and transportation plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination
  • Strong proficiency in English across speaking, reading, and writing
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and Japanese language skills are advantageous
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a proactive and positive work approach
  • Demonstrates independence, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability
