of this position:
The Customer Service Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the reliable performance and long term safety of angiographic and X ray systems installed at customer sites. This position combines hands on technical expertise with high quality customer interaction, supporting healthcare providers in delivering accurate diagnostics and uninterrupted clinical operations. The engineer is also serving as a key communication link between end users, the Customer Care Center, and internal operational teams. Through precise documentation, proactive problem solving, and adherence to established service processes, the Customer Service Engineer helps maintain customer satisfaction, equipment uptime, and overall service excellence.

In this position, we are looking for a professional based in, or near Kazan, with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.

Your role:
  • Perform installation and commissioning works, as well as maintenance, repair, and modification of angiographic and X-ray systems in accordance with established customer service processes.
  • Completion of service goals and tasks set by management. Timely notification of the Manager and Customer Care Center of all problems and complaints from customers.
  • Coordination of work with the operations department and Customer Care Center.
  • Proper communication with end users' technical services.
  • Timely and accurate record keeping, prompt reporting and submission of documents in the established form and within the established time frame.
  • Careful use of entrusted tools, instruments and equipment.

Your expertise: 
  • University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Medical Technology, or a related technical field
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging systems, especially angiography and X‑ray
  • Familiarity with electromechanical systems, digital imaging, and network connectivity
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and service manuals
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and technical teams
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset
  • High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible hours depending on service demands
