Job Description

Our client is a leading retailers and wholesalers of electronic equipment, devices and components.

Responsibilities:
  • To deliver professional customer service and technical support via handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • To build and maintain a good relationship with corporate key customers including Government, Education, Large Corporation Sectors.
  • Handling customers enquiry and provide pre/after sales order follow-up and related sales order procurement.
  • To coordinate with internal marketing team and technical team according to customers and market needs.
  • To assist in organizing corporate functions, activities, events, seminars invitation.

Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or Degree Holders in Electronics, Engineering, Business or related disciplines.
  • Customer oriented, hardworking, result oriented with positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn, proactive and have excellent courteous manner.
  • Excellent telephone manner, good command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated and pleasant character.
  • Fresh graduate with sound academic background will be considered.
