Driver / Customer Service Representative (No CDL Required)

Full-Time & Part-Time | Weekly Pay | Paid Training

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Drivers, Customer Service Representatives, General Laborers, Movers, and Route Drivers for immediate openings in Silicon Valley. If you're looking for a job that combines driving, customer service, physical work, and strong earning potential, we'd love to meet you. No previous junk removal experience is required, we provide paid training.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drive a company truck to residential and commercial customer locations
  • Provide outstanding customer service from start to finish
  • Meet with customers and explain pricing and service options
  • Load, remove, and transport furniture, appliances, and household items
  • Lift and carry items weighing 75+ lbs
  • Sort items for donation, recycling, and responsible disposal
  • Communicate with dispatch and teammates throughout the day
  • Represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand with professionalism and positivity
Requirements:
  • 21+ years old
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record (Past 3 Years)
  • Comfortable with physical work and lifting 75+ lbs
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Available to work at least one weekend day
  • Smartphone capable of downloading company apps
