Estudiante - Customer Service - Documentation Trainee

Activities:

1. Exportación

• Revisión y preparación de Shipping Instructions y VGM para embarques de exportación.
• Generación de Bill of Lading (BL) con base en los documentos y datos del embarque.

2. Importación

• Aplicación de Carta Garantía y Encomienda para liberación de embarques.

3. Facturación y Notificaciones

• Envío de notificaciones de arribo a clientes.
• Emisión de cargos locales relacionados con embarques (manejo, almacenaje, etc.).
• Facturación de embarques de importación utilizando la plataforma IQShip.
• Facturación de embarques de exportación.
• Comunicación con áreas internas para validar datos de facturación.
• Revisión de listas de carga de terminal vs manifiesto de exportación.
• Reporte de discrepancias de sellos a clientes externos.
• Notificación a clientes del zarpe de buque.

Requirements

Requerimientos del perfil:

• Estudiante activo de las carreras de: Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Comerciales o afines.
• Indispensable Inglés nivel intermedio.
• Manejo de Microsoft office, especialmente excel.
• Organización y gestión efectiva del tiempo.
• Atención a los detalles.
• Disponibilidad inmediata.
