In this Role, you’ll get to- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Follow sales processes, adhere to promotions, and identify suspicious transactions
- Manage till operations, including foreign currency cash, strictly follow cash limits and forex regulations, achieve KPIs, and investigate cash discrepancies
- Comply with all company, legal, and airport authority policies (Audit, Risk, H&S, Security, Customer Service, Forex Compliance)
- Maintain store presentation standards and support team success
- Complete required training, process forex transactions accurately, and provide current exchange rates
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
What you'll Need to Succeed- Retail, cash handling, currency exchange and/or banking experience
- Good knowledge of product, services and procedures, including foreign exchange operations
- Demonstrated experience working with computer systems and currency exchange platforms
- Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail, especially in multi-currency transactions
- Flexibility to work different shifts and locations as required (including but not limiting overnight shift)
- English, Mandarin and Cantonese language skills
- Knowledge of foreign exchange rates, anti-money laundering practices and relevant regulations
