The Customer Service Coordinator (Truss Scheduler) is a key coordinator ensuring customer truss orders are produced and delivered smoothly and on time. This role sits at the heart of collaboration—working closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Customers to keep schedules accurate, resolve issues quickly, and support an exceptional customer experience.

Hourly/Salary Pay Range $ 22.00-25.00 hourly dependent on experience*
*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, and trip rate bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
