Do you have customer service experience in an office, retail or hospitality? Maybe you’re working in an administration role, but not yet had the chance to speak to customers on the phone. As Customer Service Coordinator in the Business & Industry team, your focus will be on providing exceptional service to an extensive range of customers, building, and nurturing strong relationships with key contacts and providing support on a variety of communication platforms. If you are enthusiastic, driven, and ready to join a supportive team who thrive on great customer satisfaction and achieving KPI’s, then look no further. You would be expected to maintain up to date knowledge of the sector’s products and services, which will aid you in understanding the expectations and specific needs of the customers. It’s important that you are organised, proactive and willing to investigate customer complaints/enquiries, taking ownership of the instance and being a point of contact from start to finish.
