Job Responsibilities

• Daily cooperation with Sales Managers and customers;
• Coordination of orders, deliveries, and new projects;
• Monitoring and control of warehouse inventory levels;
• Administration of customer contracts;
• Coordination and resolution of customer complaints, claims, and requests;
• Data entry and maintenance in the company's information systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education;
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage);
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills;
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities;
• High level of accuracy, sense of responsibility, and customer service orientation.
