Position Summary
Friedman Real Estate is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of its commercial property management service team. The Customer Service Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, maintenance personnel, and internal stakeholders, coordinating service requests, documenting activities, and assisting with administrative functions. This position is designed for individuals seeking to build a career in commercial property management and customer service within a team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with maintenance and service requests for tenants occupying commercial properties.
- Enter, update, monitor, and track work orders within company property management systems and databases.
- Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls, emails, and service inquiries from tenants, vendors, maintenance personnel, and property management staff.
- Provide accurate and timely communication regarding the status of service requests and maintenance activities.
- Monitor open service requests and conduct follow-up communications as necessary.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and organization of maintenance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to tenant requests and vendor services.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service, administrative support, reception, hospitality, retail, call center, food service, or related experience required.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Experience with real estate, facilities management, or property management software is preferred but not required.
