At TK Maxx, we're passionate about creating great experiences for our customers. We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our Store Operations team and help deliver exceptional service across a variety of customer touchpoints.

In this fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, online reviews and social channels. You'll work closely with stores and support office teams to provide timely solutions, build positive customer relationships and contribute to outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels.
  • Providing friendly, professional and solution-focused customer support.
  • Managing customer feedback and resolving enquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Store Operations, Marketing, HR, Property and Loss Prevention Teams
  • Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and social media enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate records within ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Contributing ideas and insights to continually improve the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, customer care or contact center environments.
  • A calm, confident and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Retail experience and knowledge of customer-facing policies is highly regarded.
  • Experience handling customer complaints and turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
