As the first point of contact at our Welshpool branch, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping customers find the right equipment solutions.

You’ll join a collaborative team of 12, including drivers, mechanics, and customer service coordinators, all working toward a common goal. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What you’ll do

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Prepare hire schedules, quotes, and invoices
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
  • Occasionally support the yard team with loading equipment
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and understand technical information
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities proactively and professionally

An interest in construction, mining, or engineering is a bonus—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed in equipment hire.
