Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Department: Loading / Customer Service

Serves as a liaison between customers, production, and shipping. Responsible for managing customer pick-up (CPU) tickets, coordinating UPS/FRT shipments, and ensuring accurate communication regarding order status and delivery readiness.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and delivery scheduling

· Manage and track CPU tickets; coordinate with production on timelines

· Coordinate UPS and freight shipments, including labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and purchase orders

· Confirm delivery readiness with customers prior to shipment

· Generate daily CPU reports and maintain documentation

· Support shipping operations and coordinate with loaders for staged pick-ups

· Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

· Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

· Experience in customer service, logistics, or manufacturing
