Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced, international environment, working closely with colleagues and partners across the globe. What you’ll do:

  • Provide professional and timely information to customers regarding import/export processes and regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Work with a variety of internal systems and tools to manage customer requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders worldwide (including different departments, agencies, and global partners).

Requirements

You'll need to have:

  • Academic education (B.A).
  • Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High proficiency in English
  • Experience in the Customer Service field
