·负责高管区楼层的来访者接待、设施管理和其他客户服务工作。

岗位具体内容：

·负责高管楼层访客指引、接待、安排茶水服务员提供茶水服务；

·负责高管楼层的会议室预订及管理；

·负责高管楼层会议准备工作安排，包括会议室布置、设备调试、文具、茶水、水果及小吃等；

·会议期间后勤工作响应；

·高管楼层保安、保洁、绿化、文印、文具及饮用水等职场物业需求调配；

·高管楼层的邮件、报纸派送；

·解决各类突发事件，处理投诉和建议，沟通并及时向上汇报；
