The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is a key member of our sales team, dedicated to delivering a positive and professional experience to our customers. Known for their responsiveness and problem-solving mindset, the CSC consistently provides timely support and thoughtful solutions that add value. In addition to customer service, this role also supports procurement activities to help ensure an efficient and reliable supply chain.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Deliver professional customer service by handling inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Manage supplier interactions: request quotes, place orders, and monitor inventory.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, operations) for smooth processes.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and generate reports as needed.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
