Answer customer telephone service need and complaints professionally and respond where applicable.Preparation of quotations, data entriesProvides administrative and operations support for the service teamFollow up and co-ordination with customers on work scheduleAd-hoc basis job assign by the Management
Requirements:Candidate must at least possess a GCE N Level/ITE Certificate in office skills or equivalentComputer literate, proficiency in MS Office applicationsAt least 2 years of working experience in customer service preferable in manufacturingAble to communicate, well organized, and meticulousPleasant personality and positive thinking
