About the Role:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll deliver exceptional support via voice channels. From resolving billing queries to promoting Telstra products, you’ll make a real impact on customer experience.

Key Highlights:
✔ 2–4 years of customer service experience working with international customer Voice process.
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
