As a vital member of our close-knit, high-energy Customer Service team, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. In this dynamic role, no two days are the same. You will actively drive revenue and build loyalty by supporting both new and existing customers through:

• Engaging Inbound & Outbound Channels: Confidently managing calls to resolve inquiries, follow up on leads, and uncover new business opportunities.
• Responsive Email Management: Crafting professional, timely email communications that address customer needs and streamline the sales process.
