
Customer service consultant – Estonian & Nordic Language Speaker

Viking Assistance is a leading provider of roadside assistance services in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. We also support drivers across Europe through our international partner network. We ensure efficient, safe, and reliable support for vehicles and passengers, no matter where a breakdown occurs.
As part of our continued growth, we are now expanding our services into the Baltic region, starting with Estonia, and preparing to launch a new department at our call centers in Spain to support this development. We are looking for individuals with experience in customer service and who are fluent in Estonian, one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and/or Finnish) and English. All three languages are required to ensure effective communication across our teams and regions. Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage, but it is not an requirement.

Work location will be at one of our offices in Spain in either Torrevieja or Fuengirola. About the job
As a customer service consultant, your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance. The customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations and our job is to help and assist them in these situations. It is important to us that they receive the right assistance. You will often be the first person a customer talks to when something has happened on the road.
We are looking for employees who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. As a customer service consultant, you will work as part of a larger team that helps and supports each other when needed. To accomplish this task, you will work in various systems simultaneously to solve the challenges as effectively as possible. Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance. Full training will be given.
