This is a permanent full-time role, working the following hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
Welcoming customers and processing vehicle and driver-related transactions
Identifying customer needs and offering relevant AA products and services
Handling customer requests and problem-solving with professionalism
Maintaining accurate records and transaction processing
Supporting your team to meet service targets and deliver a great customer experience
Promoting safe work practices and keeping the workplace tidy and efficient

Previous customer service or sales experience (motor industry experience a bonus!)
Strong attention to detail and well-organised
Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
Good computer and keyboard skills (intermediate level)
NCEA Level 1 (or equivalent)
A team player who enjoys helping others
