We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, managing multiple simultaneous interactions with professionalism and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Provide comprehensive troubleshooting and support for a variety of products and services, analyzing customer needs to deliver decisive, solution-oriented responses
• Develop and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills through empathetic, transparent, and professional communication
• Utilize CRM applications and other tools to document interactions, track customer issues, and maintain organized, detailed records
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior patterns to identify opportunities for service improvement and process optimization
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues, share best practices, and contribute to a supportive team environment
• Maintain composure and resilience when handling challenging customer situations, demonstrating patience and professionalism
• Customize solutions based on individual customer needs while adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• High School diploma or GED
• Proven customer service experience with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficient reading comprehension
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous conversations across different channels
• Solid typing speed and accuracy for efficient communication
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in written communication and documentation
• Ability to remain patient, composed, and resilient under pressure
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work effectively within a team environment
• Flexible approach to work and adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the organization with integrity

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with CRM applications or similar customer management systems
