About the role:

PTC are currently seeking a Full-Time team member who is dedicated and driven Customer Service Sales and Device Technician in our Springfield store!

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment. We will provide training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn new skills and enjoy variety in a role. Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way. Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers.

Role Expectations:

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

  • Available in store
  • IRP Certified preferred
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support at all times
  • Assisting our frontline staff with sales when in store
  • Diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical devices – fast, safe, and to the highest standard
  • Troubleshooting faults and performing in-depth inspections
  • Working independently to manage repair queues while keeping quality front of mind
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised workbench
  • Being a team player – supporting your team and growing your skills
