Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 / year

The Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is an innovative technology service provider for global players in the materials management sector. About the role

  • Monitor, review, and respond to incoming requests received through webforms and email.
  • Accurately log, update, and maintain records within the request tracking system.
  • Assess, categorize, and route requests to the appropriate department or team for timely resolution.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established procedures, service standards, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with RLG Operations staff to support daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including overtime, when operational requirements demand.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What we need from you


  • Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a customer service role.
  • Proven experience working in an operational environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with waste management service delivery.
  • Experience working in an operational environment would be considered an asse
