Job Overview: Reporting to the Agro Manager you will be responsible to:

• Demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity,Service, and Excellence in everything you do
• Maintain Four Rivers Co-op’s high standards for customer service
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while accepting a variety of payment methods
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide friendly and efficient service to our customers
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and merchandise products as required
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

What You Bring:

• Strong computer skills, with experience using Point-of-Sale systems
• Knowledge of agricultural and livestock products would be considered an asset
• Adaptable, organized, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting as required
• Previous customer service experience would be considered an asset
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to team success
• Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with others to deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs
