Customer Service Clerk

Westborough, MA | Full-Time | Day Shift- Tuesday-Saturday 5:00AM-1:30PM
Salary: $21.00-$23.00 Commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries (phone & in-person)
• Process and adjust orders, including last-minute changes
• Address customer issues to maintain satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and perform high-volume data entry
• Check inventory and suggest alternative products as needed
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication, organization, and math skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (WMS a plus)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Weekend availability required
