
Customer Service Claims Associate - Dutch speaker

As a member of our European Claims team, your main responsibility will be to assess and resolve insurance claims. We are seeking candidates who have an excellent command of the Dutch language, good listening skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with our customers. We are proud to work with one of the largest telecom brands in the Netherlands. This role involves providing service to ensure that their customers receive assistance with claims in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged mobile phone or gadget.
