Job Description

PARRA Group is looking for Customer Service Attendant's to work at Parramatta Leagues Club (Parramatta) and/or Vikings Sports Club (Dundas).

We're seeking to fill:

• A variety of casual positions (we're aiming to provide a minimum of 15 hours per week) with the ability to work within a roster that has morning, afternoon, evening and overnight requirements

The role will include the below duties:

Food & Beverage:

• Engaging with customers to manage and make recommendations regarding food and beverage orders
• Cash handling and use of POS to manage orders
• Barista, bar and functions (setup and reset of function space)

Gaming:

• Bartending and delivering food offerings.
• Cash handling and assistance with payouts.
• Troubleshooting gaming machines and providing information regarding the venue and promotions.

About you:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including: school holidays, public holiday, nights, and weekend work.
• Enjoys developing relationships with our members, guests, and fellow teammates.
• Exceptional grooming and presentation.
• Previous experience as a food & beverage attendant, gaming attendant or barista in a hospitality venue (highly desirable)
• RSA & RCG - or willing to obtain!
